-pg67- Tale #12 Navi -pg68- Alpha The camera my owner gave me. I can't get good at using it if I keep it in the drawer. I keep thinking up good ways to NOT use it, though. I carry it just like it was a treasure, don't I ? Even though it's so light... -pg69- Alpha Oh! That leather pouch... I made it for the gun, but it was a little too loose... Not bad at all! All right! Today I'll do photography! -pg70- Alpha Don't you look cool ? -pg71- Alpha I should try and do this more often. There's so much scenery around I'd like to capture. Not quite. -pg72- Alpha Ojisan! Ojisan Oh... There ya are. Alpha Yeah... Er...would you mind posing for me a minute ? Ojisan Mm ? Alpha Just... Act natural. -pg73- Alpha S-sorry. I'll try some other time. Ojisan Ah, well. Alpha There was just something missing... -pg74- Alpha Good! Well, maybe some other time. -pg75- Alpha I must have hundreds of exposures... But I can't even seem to find one picture to take... When did I get so stingy ? -pg76- Alpha There's a lot of good pictures. But. I'd like to get at least one... Good picture today. -pg77- Alpha The great northern ruins... I'll get the evening view from here. The line of streetlights poking out of the sea against the silhouette of Enoshima. That moment, with a wisteria filter... -pg80- Alpha I didn't take the picture. Why not ? I guess I got caught up in it all. I can still taste the moment. -pg81- Alpha I guess today really wasn't centered around the camera after all. I'm gonna take pictures! I thought, but couldn't take anything. And maybe that's a good thing. -pg82- Alpha That impulse snapshot of my scooter I took on the way out is the only picture I took today. But, I'm happy with that picture. The number of remaining shots is more than it felt like. My memory of today's scenery is as fresh as when I was there. Tale #12: Closing
