[Brief catch-up summary by Theria: After catching Riko, Hisoka has been
searching for the most powerful Shikigami with which he can have (as
determined when you are born). It is the Kurikara RyoOh who has been sealed
away by the other Shikigamis a long time ago. After stepping through a
wormhole and crossing a desert, he has finally arrived at Kurikara's
prison. But inside he is greeted by a talking and floating sword.]

Futsuno Mitama: "I am Futsuno Mitama."
Futsuno Mitama: "Kurikara RyoOh's number one sword, his right hand
being..."
Futsuno Mitama: "Human who has defiled this sacred forge! You would do well
to leave this place!!"
Futsuno Mitama: "Or else, your single life will be lost here!!!"
Futsuno Mitama: "So chose! Life?"
Futsuno Mitama: "Or death?"

Hisoka: "Wa...wait a minute!"
Hisoka: I just...want to meet Kurikara that's all...

Futsuno Mitama: "RyoOh is presently confined in the forge."
"He will meet with no one."

Hisoka: "Forge...?

Riko: "I've heard about this ne. It is said that Kurikara is both a god of
fire and of forging."

{Matsushita-sensei: This is fiction.}

A number of famous swords of Japanese myth were made by sharing part of his
spirit.

Futsuno Mitama: "That is correct. I was made by RyoOh."
Futsuno Mitama: "Instilled with the spirit to become as much as possible
that one's single arm..."
Futsuno Mitama: "Therefore..."
Futsuno Mitama: "I must eliminate you!!!"

Hisoka: "Wha..."

Futsuno Mitama: "Those who defile the forge are enemies of RyuOh-sama..."
"If you want to meet RyoOh-sama, do so after destroying me!!!"

Hisoka: "Please wait!! I'm not...!!!"
Hisoka: "I can wait until he's done, I'll wait no matter how long..."

Hisoka: "Uwaaaaaaaa!" Why is it always like this!!

Someone with long dark hair gets in between Hisoka and Futsuno, holding
back the sword's point with the power in one hand.

Futsuno Mitama: "!!"

Hisoka: "!!?"

?????: "Futsu..."
?????: "I don't remember asking you do so something like this."

{Theria: The person refers to himself as 'washi' which usually only really
old people do.}

Futsuno Mitama: "Forgive me, I was only..."

?????: "Enough! Fall back."

Futsuno Mitama: "Ha...hai..."

Hisoka:"Kurikara..."
Hisoka: This...This was the one who once quarrelled with SohRyu...the
legendary KouRyu that was said to have consumed Gensou Kai in flames...
Hisoka: Kurikara RyuOh...!!?

{Theria: SohRyu is 'Blue Dragon' and Gensou Kai can be translated as
'Illusionary World' which is where all of the Shikigami reside and can
appear in human form if they have one.}

Apparently, the legends never mentionned Kurikara's height. He only comes
up to about Hisoka's chest.

Hisoka: [screaming] "But doesn't he just look like a kid!!?"

Kurikara: [ticked off] "Insolent boy!!!" Aren't you a kid as well?
Kurikara: "Looks like you only judge from appearances... You're still a
human boy."
Kurikara: "I don't know for what reason you cam here but...leave
immediately! I'm busy!!"

Hisoka: "Please wait, Kurikara!!"
Hisoka: "I need your power!!"
Hisoka: "Just test me...!!!"

Kurikara: "Refused."
Kurikara: "I don't like humans."
Kurikara: "In addition my temper is short."
Kurikara: "I won't say it again. LEAVE!!!"

Hisoka: "No, no way...!!!" [the word in his open mouth is 'is he serious?']

Riko: Can't help it if he doesn't like humans ne. "It's refreshing to have
it so clearly stated na."

Hisoka: Come this far just to say 'oh okay' and leave!!
Hisoka: "What's with not even listening to me! With that attitude!! Is it

Hisoka: "Say something you!!!"

Something explodes.

Winged One 1: "Hm...! That's...!!"

{Theria: I believe these two winged beings are the guardians of one of the
four gates to Gensou Kai, specifically the Suzaku Gate of which one of the
other Shinigami is a miko.}

Back to the now broken cliff face of the forge.

Riko: "Hisoka!!"

Kurikara: "Hoo...Still alive? Your self protection powers have grown I
see..."
Kurikara: "A forgivable thing done...human. Those burns probably hurt..."
Kurikara: "Without further ado, I'll kill you."
Kurikara: "Because I'm merciful!!!"
Kurikara: "Futsu!!"
Kurikara: "My divine aura is of a too different level with his. A Enma
Shinigami wouldn't be engaged so easily."
Kurikara: "Wounds festering...skin breaking into sores, probably drive you
crazy with pain."
