Tatsumi: "And so, I, the chief's secretary Tatsumi Seiichirou, shall be
your instructor."

"First, let's explain the relation between Meifu (Land of the Dead) and
ChiJou (Land of the Living). Meifu and ChiJou are a pair, mirrored
reflections of the world. There is almost no change in buildings and
landscape with ChiJou."

The map one of the GuShoShin is holding is what Tatsumi is referring to.
The upright building is part of ChiJou and the building is the Diet
Building in Tokyo. That same building is EnMaCho in Meifu.

"This is JuOhCho's distrubution map. Though the Kanto area has two Chos,
EnMaCho and TaiSenCho, EnMaCho's supervises only Tokyo while everywhere
else there falls under TaiSenCho."

"Such a terrible illustration. Matsushita is bad. This may be hard to
understand so please be lenient."

"The area number of the Shinigami in charge is based on the number of the
Cho there. For example, Tsuzuki-san has the KyuShu area over which the
second district court has control, hence it is called Area 2 or Second
Block."

"Next I will explain the the Summons Division. The Summons Division is a
special division that answers directly to EnMaOh-sama, formed of eighteen
employees. Its duty is to continue investigation on cases deemed unsolved
and impossible by other Chos. From each Cho's bureau is sent an
investigation request which after sorting is sent to us."

The GuShoShin point to the sequence of investigation requests. From top to
bottom, it is: Each Cho's investigation office, Each Cho's bureau,
EnMaCho's Summons Division.

"The collection of the deceased is also related to the bureau but on those
occasions, the mansion that supervises human life sends a request to the
bureau. When an investigation crosses several areas, the Shinigami of those
respective areas cooperate in solving the case."

Tsuzuki and Watari have their respective areas over their heads and they
greeting each other with 'How do you do'. Matsushita-sensei adds below that
this becomes a bad thing if it's between Shinigamis who don't get along
well.

Tatsumi: "And if there are anymore questions regarding JuOhCho or the
Shinigami, please send them to me. And now the lecture on JuOhCho Basics
concludes..."

Tsuzuki with hearts: "Uwaaaai. Tatsumiiiii. Can I do it next time?"

Hisoka: "Idiots should shut up!!" Tatsumi hates idiots.
