Volume 4 : The Frozen City and the Flames of Hell

(kujaku sitting on a tree branch with a ringed staff on his lap, surrounded
by crows who seem to like him a lot)

prophecy : But to the side of the Darkness one will come
Who governs the orbit of the stars and rules both the Dark Star and the
Heavenly Star

(someplace way north, with lots of ice and glaciers, the crows are
shrieking noisily. they fly over an army of men who are looking facing
yasha and co.)

kujaku : quiet down! don't worry, you'll get your meal of dead meat very
soon! (smile)
vaayu : I'll take it from here! guardian of the north, yasha-ou! I am the
western commander koumokuten's subordinate, one of the west five ten's
futen vaayu. with orders personally from general koumokuten, me and my 50
men will send you to hell! (this is a very arrogant one...) I'll tell you
before hand, although we're all part of the west five ten's, I'm not so
easy as varuna! I get very excited every time I imagine myself presenting
your head to tentei!
ryu-ou (sweatdrop) : are you feeling alright? all the west goten *five ten*
are weirdos!
vaayu : shut up!
ryu-ou (ready to draw sword) : yasha-ou!

(yasha takes off his cloak and ready to fight, vaayu jumps at him)

vaayu : gimme your head! yasha-ou!! (draw sword) this is the invitation of
death, I'll show you my best move!

(and his men rush at ashura, who toast them all with his flame)

men : AHH! AHH!
ryu-ou (helping out) : hey! where's shura-tou, shuratou!? haven't you even
used it yet!?
ashura : I can beat them without shura-tou! (more fire) because I'm getting
better with my flame than before!
ryu-ou (attack) : really? kai---- ryu---- ha-------!!

(lots of explosion, ashura attacks with fire, lots of people toasted)

men : AH! AHHH!

(meanwhile, vaayu is busy with yasha)

vaayu : yasha-ou! I'll show you what I can do! fuu-rai-sen!! these flexible
claws are like scythes, it'll chop you into pieces!!

(attacks, many scythes, yasha dodges all.)

vaayu (shock) : what, my best move didn't work!! why!?] (attacks again,
yasha strikes back) !! [fast--- so fast!] uh......

(falls back, almost got cut in half, massive bleeding.)

vaayu : my beautiful body is injured! you...... damn you~~~]
kujaku (still sitting on the tree) : looks pretty bad! at least you don't
have to worry about food for a while! (meaning the crows) but I really
wonder what Yasha is thinking. if he continues this way, he'll reach the
old yasha village! he finally went to the sky city down south, why did he
spend so many days come back to the north? hm! I really can't understand
middle aged men!

(at the palace)

hanranya : wasn't the water mirror just showing yasha-ou tachi? why all of
a sudden... there are no other god clan's cities near, wonder who made a
kekkai *barrier*, so the water mirror suddenly lost all image.
koumokuten : I sent one of my goten after then, futen vaayu. I believe he
will be victorious!
hanranya : ...... from what we just saw...... other than yasha-ou and
ashura-ou's son, they seem to have a new member!
koumokuten : I'll go check it out!
bishamonten : don't... wait until futen vaayu comes back and just ask him!
taishaku-ten (smile) : if he is returning. don't worry, hanranya. it's all
part of my plan! I ordered futen vaayu to lead them to a certain place!
hanranya : then that place......
bishamonten (smile) : they are up north, there use to be the old yasha
village. I guess yasha-ou must have missed his home!
taishakuten : I heard that up north, there's a very powerful demon, that
even the yasha clan couldn't defeat. it must be very interesting for the
famous north demon god yasha-ou to die in the hands of the mazoku!
yasha-ou, the strongest warrior among tentei's army actually turned out to
be one of the six stars......
bishamonten : six stars...... they are the dark stars who will end the rule
of tentei taishakuten...... (and taishakuten just smiles)

(meanwhile north, they reach the yasha village)

ryu-ou : this place...... use to be the yasha clan's...... village......

(yasha is expressionless, they walk through the village, all burnt down,
crows devouring corpses)

ashura (sad) : yasha......

(yasha puts his arm around him, flashback when they look at the bodies)

villagers : [l... lord. my lord.]
boy (ashura is really sad) : [it's all your fault! if you didn't exist,
everyone wouldn't have died! it's you! you killed everyone!]
ryu-ou : hey! yasha-ou......

(yasha reach out and touch one of the bodies, it disintegrates with his
touch and the dust flies away with the wind. yasha grabbed parts of it and
it cracked in his hand. he's really pissed... or sad... either way)

ryu-o : [this place was what he always wanted to protect, but never could.
yasha-ou's past homeland.] (yasha lets the dust in his hands fly away) he
is regretting this! I'm also a king, ......so, I can understand how you
feel! (ashura leaning on yasha sadly, he pats ashura)
kujaku : you two father and son are still the same, haven't changed at all!
yasha-ou (alert, sharply turn around) : who's there!
kujaku (sitting on a tree) : tenkai's strongest warrior now is the greatest
baby sitter! [ahahah!]

(yasha zoom and slashes the tree, but kujaku jumped off already. boom, the
tree falls)

kujaku : mister, didn't I tell you not to always hold a sword to others!
ashura : kujaku! (run to hug kujaku)
kujaku : how are you? ashura. looks the same! and you look pretty healthy
too! guess yasha-ou's been feeding you! hn? what's wrong? (ashura looks
sad) you look different than the usual little piggy!
ashura (hugged tightly by kujaku) : I'm not a piggy!
ryu-ou (run over) : what's wrong!? yasha-ou. huh--- (sees the tree)
yasha-ou did that again, what a quick tempered guy!
kujaku : long time no see! how are you doing?
yasha-ou : what are you doing here? (still holding his sword) [after
certain consideration, use right hand]
kujaku : nothing, I just had some time off! so I came to see the cute
ashura!
ryu-ou : how come you know so many weirdos? like yasha-ou, and kujaku.....
(yasha glares at him, ryu-ou sweatdrops) ....... hehehehe (forced smile)
kujaku : did you notice, yasha-ou? those people from tentei lured you here
on purpose! what? you guys didn't notice at all?
ryu-ou : [hmph!] hey! if they lured us here on purpose, why did they pick
this place? what are they planning!? assholes! just come for me! and I'll
finish you all! [Yahahahaha]
kujaku (clap, clap) : ryu-ou is still so energetic! good! good! on the
other hand, ashura's becoming more mature after staying with yasha too
long!
yasha-ou : whatever, it's getting dark! let's find a place to stay first!
ryu-ou : you know a place? hey.

(they walk away, a glowing butterfly follows them. they reach an old
temple/fort.)

ryu-ou : this place is not bad! (kujaku sweatdrop)
yasha-ou : this is a temporary fort for the yasha clan on the way to
fighting the mazoku!

(walk inside)

kujaku : pretty big! then I'll stay here for a night too!
ashura : really?
ryu-ou : hey! just one thing, I'm not sleeping next to ashura again!
ashura : WHY NOT!?
ryu-ou (cover ears) : not only do you move around, you talk in your dreams!
it's either, I'm hungry, or, I want to eat more!
ashura : I never said that!
ryu-ou : yes!
ashura : no!
ryu-ou : yes! (glare)
kujaku : calm down, you two! I have an idea! how about ryu-ou go hunt
tonight, (imagining ryu-ou chasing a boar waving his big sword) and ashura
will be the bait! (imagining ashura dressed up like a sheep) then you are
both punished for fighting......
ryu-ou : how come I've gotta go hunt!
ashura : why am I the bait?
kujaku (smile) : because ryu-ou is the strongest! and ashura is the cutest!

(ryu-ou and ashura pauses and both run out happily at the same time)

both : ok! we're going!
kujaku (after they left) : yasha-ou, you have to be like this if you want
kids to do something! (no response) don't look so cool! smile a little! (no
response)

(meanwhile, in the tentei camp, vaayu just bandaged his wounds)

soldiers : general vaayu, are you alright? how sad! (T.T)
vaayu : but that won't happen again! because, I have seen yasha-ou's
techniques! (very vain look) I didn't get hit for nothing! he injured my
beautiful skin, I'll make him pay! although koumokuten-sama ordered us to
just lure them to the north, I must kill him now! I'm different from that
useless varuna! I'll make yasha-ou into a beautiful corpse! (think)

soldiers : [good luck! we fight for our master! yeah! yeah!]

(that night, everyone sleeping. silence)

ashura (eyes slightly open) : hn... huh? (look up) what's that...... (a
glowing light around him) butterfly!? (in his dream, he sees a girl sitting
with her back to him) are you alright? are you not feeling well? (he tries
to touch her) what's wrong?

(she turns around slightly and smirks, and everything turns into
butterflies, many, many of them. he can't see her face and her whole body
turns into butterflies, and grabs on to him)

ashura (scream) : AHHHH...! (wake up) [a dream?]

(he is still lying next to yasha and kujaku who are asleep. ashura gets up
and walks out. he sits on top of the mountain alone until yasha comes up
behind him.)

yasha-ou (wrapping a blanket around ashura) : ashura.
ashura : yasha.
yasha-ou : you'll catch a cold!
ashura : everyone died here! ...... and it's all because of me! because I
came, everyone died, it's all my fault. it's all because of me...
yasha-ou (hug ashura) : of course not! it has nothing to do with you!
ashura : but!
yasha-ou : it's my fault! I couldn't even protect people from my own clan!
it's my fault!
ashura : no! it's not you! no! (sad) so many people used to live here......
they used to be so happy, but now...... not a single one remains!
everyone's dead! (cry) would yasha die too......
yasha-ou (hug ashura) : didn't we say we would always be together, are you
breaking your word? we had a deal, I'll protect you all my life! that is
our promise.
ashura (smile) : yeah...... that is our promise! and you can keep it!
because yasha...... is very strong! (sleep on yasha's lap)
kujaku (watching from a distance) : how touching! yasha-ou actually loves
the child that will kill himso much, what a weirdo! however, the wheels of
fate will continue to turn as the prophecy predicted. yasha-ou and ashura,
do they have enough strength to stop it? and plus...... it seems like more
trouble is on the way! (a glowing butterfly passes by)

(yasha and ashura are still sitting and recaping their moment of peace,
only to be disturbed by a dozen of glowing butterflies.)

ashura (look up) : huh? what's that?
yasha-ou : butterflies! it's a very rare insect in the north! (alert) [it's
already winter...... soon this place will be buried in snow. what is a
butterfly doing in this weather......] (grab sword)
ashura : what's wrong? yasha!
yasha-ou (draw out sword) : ashura, get behind me!

(the butterfly is glowing suspiciously. yasha slashes that one in half, and
some more comes and slashes all of them in half. but when they are cut in
half they just regenerate into two separate ones. they begin to surround
them...)

ashura : these butterflies are so strange......! there are more of them
coming.......!
yasha-ou : [these are not normal butterflies! they'll keep on coming if I
can't destroy them in one shot!]

(stab his sword in the ground and starts chanting something. he's
surrounded by thunder and wind.)

yasha-ou : MAHA

(an energy blast spread from his sword and blows up all the butterflies)

ashura (being comforted by yasha) : they are all destroyed, it should be
alright! but are all the butterflies like that?
yasha-ou : no...... these are probably demons!
ashura (look shocked) : yasha......!

(yasha looks up shocked, millions of butterflies are flying toward them,
flooding them)

ashura : yasha! (defending himself)
yasha-ou (trying to reach) : ashura (but he's wrapped up and separated by
butterflies) ASHURA---!

(darkness. ashura is alone. he's sad and scared, and then he sees someone
dancing. it's gigei.)

ashura : gigei! (he runs toward gigei laughing, she smiles at him) gigei!!
you're still alive! you're not dead, right? (hug her) I've been waiting for
you to come!
gigei : ashura......
ashura (happy tears) : gigei!
gigei (face hidden in shadows) : I am already dead! in order to protect
you, I was killed by tentei's soldiers!
ashura (gigei fading away) : gi... gei!?
gigei : see... just like that...... (displaying an replay of her death, her
body pierced with spears, she falls down bloodily)
ashura (screaming in horror) : GIGEI----!!
gigei : I really like ashura! (smile, dying) really! l... ike you......
boy (remember? from the yasha village, in the same dying pose) : I hate
you! (stands up barely) it's all your fault...... (tries to strangle
ashura, holds his neck) if it wasn't for you! (his face changes into
ashura's mother shashi)
shashi : after I kill this burden, tenkai will be mine! only taishakuten's
son tenou is useful to me, ashura-ou's son is worthless, you'll only be in
my way! (evil laugh) die! die! go to hell!
ashura (push her away, running off) : yasha---!
shashi : got you! (her hand turns into an ugly claw and aims for ashura.
ashura is surrounded by sudden plant roots that sprang up)
ashura : AH----!! YASHA------

(meanwhile, in yasha's mind... what does he care about the most? besides
ashura that is... he's standing on a field alone... people sprang up from
the earth behind him.)

yasha-ou (turn around) : you are......!

(these bloody, disgusting, decaying corpses of his people move toward him
like typical zombies)

corpses : lord...... our lord...... we resent this!
yasha-ou (in his shock) : [this is......! an illusion?]
corpses : why did you betray us! our lord....... (they surround him) what
more do you want other than your people? you brought ashura-ou's son......
if it wasn't for you hiding ashura, this wouldn't have happened!
yasha-ou (looks down, sadly) : forgive me......

(somewhere, the girl ashura saw earlier sits alone, but surrounded by
butterflies. back to yasha...)

yasha-ou : even so, I must protect ashura...

(shashi holds a dagger and walks toward the roots which shields ashura,
about to stab)

shashi : only if I didn't give birth to you! (evil laugh)
ashura (looks up with sad but determined? eyes) : NO!

(and he causes a big blast of flame which burns away everything around him,
all illusions and images disappear. the girl in that somewhere shrinks back
when the ball of light in front of her make a big disturbance. all the
butterflies learn to leave ashura alone. the remaining ones falls down in
flames. ashura gets up)

ashura : yasha...... (breathing heavily) yasha!! (sees yasha surrounded by
butterflies, run toward him)
yasha-ou (looks up barely) : a... shu... ra......
ashura (burning whatever butterflies he can) : yasha---!! (create a energy
ball) let yasha go... let him go! (energy blasted toward yasha & the
butterflies. but they both disappear before the energy can hit them)
yasha...... [he disappeared!?] (running toward where yasha use to be
helplessly) yasha...... YASHA--!!

(while in an icy castle, there's the girl whose face you still don't get to
see whole)

girl : hahahahahah...... I finally got it...... stronger than
everyone....... hahahahah hehehehe

(more wind blows and the snow falling)

kujaku : how useless! (chuckle) you call that tenkai's strongest warrior?
geez! even if it's an illusion, he still wouldn't attack his own people!
yasha-ou is too nice!
ryu-ou (come running along) : hey--- ashura! what was all that screaming,
what happened?
ashura : ryu-chan! yasha...... he disappeared!
ryu-ou : what!? calm down, tell me!
ashura : a lot of strange butterflies came and surrounded yasha, then they
just disappeared together...... (worried) yasha said those butterflies are
demons!
ryu-ou (thinking) : [hm...] demons that even yasha-ou can't defeat... I
think I heard this from hyakuryuu, in the north of yasha clan's territory,
there was a city of ice that even sunlight cannot melt. the demons near by
are almost all eliminated by the yasha clan! so the only demon that can
capture yasha-ou are probably the mazoku of the ice city!
ashura : [the mazoku of the ice city......] was yasha captured by that
demon?
ryu-ou : probably!
ashura : where is that ice city!?
kujaku (smiles and points, shocking everyone) : over there! (he really
begin to remind me of xelloss... you know... my favorite mazoku, purple
haired priest guy... just that these two behave the same way... anyway...)
ashura (immediately grab on to kujaku) : kujaku, you know it?
kujaku (smile) : yep!
ryu-ou (getting serious) : why do you know where that city is? even
yasha-ou doesn't know its exact location!
kujaku : I have good acquaintances!
ryu-ou (ready to draw sword) : kujaku...... who are you?
kujaku (laugh) : come on--- why did you become so serious too? didn't I
tell you? I'm only a wanderer! [hahahah--]
ryu-ou : a normal wanderer...... (draw his big sword) don't you think you
know a little too much!!

(his sword is pointed at kujaku's neck... who just smiled at him, and they
stare at each other until ashura jumps in)

ashura : stop it you two! kujaku! where is that ice fortress? please tell
me!
ryu-ou : ashura, get away from kujaku!!
ashura (surprised) : ryu-chan......
ryu-ou : neither gods nor humans have purple eyes! his purple eyes proves
that he is a mazoku!

(ashura looks back at kujaku who just smiles at him, but ashura hugs him
which seems to surprise kujaku and ryu-ou too...)

ryu-ou : ashura!
ashura (smile) : kujaku is not a bad guy! (now kujaku is the one who's
really surprised) I know it! kujaku is not a bad guy!
ryu-ou (helplessly) : .......
kujaku (squeeze ashura's face) : thanks for the compliment! in return, I'll
take you to the ice fortress!
ashura : [eh?!] really? for real?
kujaku : even though I lie very often... I do tell the truth sometimes!

(the demon/girl sits in her ice fortress)

demon : hahah... hahahhahah

(you see her face, it's actually kinda pretty)

demon : I finall got it! (walking to yasha) stronger than anyone. (touch
his face, yasha is frozen in ice) for the sake of my life... I've been
waiting ...... you are mine, (smiles) mine alone. hahahahahahah heheheheheh

(meanwhile, ryu-ou people climbed this mountain which came to an end)

ryu-ou : hey...... what the hell! there's nothing here!
kujaku : that's the way it is right now.
ashura : right now?
kujaku : do you know why the famous warriors of the yasha clan wasn't even
able to conquer the demons of the north? (guess they don't know) because
they can't find the demon's ice fortress!
ryu-ou : what do you mean?
kujaku : a few years ago, in yasha clan's territory up north, there were
many mysterious disappearances. because it was an unknown cause, no one
knew what happened. until one lucky guy made it back. he said that his
companions were captured by a demon in the giant ice fortress. therefore,
the yasha clan sent its warriors, but they couldn't find that ice fortress.
ryu-ou : the fortress disappeared!? how?
ashura : the fortress disappeared!? why? how is that possible?
kujaku : it didn't disappear, it just moved! the fortress travels between
the demon's alternate dimension and tenkai.
ashura : ??
kujaku : and it's about to appear!

(a giant block of ice appear suddenly right in front of them. the demon is
still obsessing over the captured yasha, when a butterfly came and informed
her of the intruders and she suddenly has a very scary look in her eyes)

demon : ?! (smile) so they're coming...... useless fools!

(ashura tachi stands in front of the fortress, he runs ahead.)

ashura : YASHA!
kujaku (pulls him back) : wait!
ashura : let me go! kujaku!
kujaku : you walk pass this place one step and you'll turn into pork chops!

(suddenly from the cliff above)

vaayu : hahahah. long time no see! all you traitors, I've been looking for
you!
ryu-ou (slap his forehead) : geez!
vaayu : I'll make all of your deaths a beautiful one! I, futen vaayu and 23
soldiers has come for revenge!
ryu-ou (cover his ears) : it's either varuna or this guy. why can't tentei
afford better killers?
vaayu : shut up! kid!
ryu-ou (now really pissed) : what did you call me---!
vaayu : attack! (his men rush ryu-ou)
ryu-ou (more pissed) : hahahah, come one! (draw sword)
ashura (shrink back, afraid of ryu-ou's psycho behavior) : ryu-chan......
ryu-ou : you assholes, I'll beat the crap out of you! KAI~~ RYU~~ HA---!

(a big blast clears the area around him)

soldiers : AHHH!
ashura (getting attacked) : ! (create a big flame) Go........ ...... away!
(blast)
kujaku (sneaking between the soldiers attacking him, carelessly missing all
spears) : hey-- ashura. (ashura looks up) remember! you'll become pork
chops!
soldier : uh...... (ryu-ou blocks an attack for ashura)
ashura : ah!
ryu-ou (opening a two front battle) : ashura, don't go off too far!
ashura : hn......
soldier (dies) : ahhh! (killed by ryu-ou) ... uh...
ryu-ou : just watch me--- (jump into the soldier bunch)
soldiers : ahhh ahhh! (backing off, until someone stepped across some kind
of boundary and gets cut up into pieces) AHHH!
vaayu (shock) : what!?

(everyone pauses, another one gets chopped up)

soldier : uh......
kujaku : that's why I said you'd become pork chops!
ashura : a kekkai!?

(ryu-ou fights off his guy and another guy dies)

kujaku : the fortress that travels between the alternate dimension and
tenkai is surrounded by altered space. so anyone who close in will be
decapitated.
ryu-ou : that's terrifying! (sweatdrop)
vaayu (very VERY pissed) : you, you~~~ how dare you do that to my men~~~
(attack)
ryu-ou : ! (block) ashura, get back!
vaayu : go to hell! (big explosion)
ryu-ou : oh no~~~ he's really pissed off~~~
vaayu : do you think you can escape from me? (another attack)
ryu-ou (fall down) : ouch!

(so ryu-ou is down, and ashura trips over him. vaayu is looking down on
them)

vaayu : I'll make your death the same as my men, very beautifully!
souma : sougeppa! (her flying things knock down vaayu's sword)
vaayu (turn around) : who's there?
souma (appears suddenly) : souma!
vaayu : are you another one of the traitors?

(meanwhile, everyone stops whatever they are doing and looks up, apparently
some strange sound came from the ice city. and a big spider looking demon
jumps out of the ground)

soldiers (the remaining ones) : AHH-- a demon......
vaayu (shock) : what!? (attempts to attack) damn you--- where did the
mazoku come from......

(the good guys just takes off during this confusion and the soldiers gets
killed by the mazoku... thanks a lot...)

vaayu : men...... my men......
demon (that girl who's watching in her fortress) : hahahahah heheh useless
fools, run for your lives! heheheh hahahah (go to yasha) you are mine......
(she displays some really ugly big claws and touches yasha's face and hugs
him) hahaha, you belong to me!

(and while the good guys are running away)

ryu-ou : good timing, souma! how did you know we were her?
souma : kisshouten said that yasha-ou fell into taishakuten's trap...
(guess now that the soldiers are dead, the monster's only after them,
ryu-ou draws sword) taishakuten wants to get rid of you by using the demon
from the ice fortress, so kisshouten sent me to warn you, to leave this
place...
ryu-ou : I see! (defensive pose) yasha-ou is so stupid! he actually fell
for it!
ashura (insulted) : ! (glares at ryu-ou who under the evil stare has a cute
little innocent look)
ashura : souma, what is that you're holding?
souma : it is...... what I found at the place you stopped at...... (unfold
the cloth that wraps around the object she's holding and reveals shura-tou)
ashura : shura-tou!? thanks--- (takes it back)
ryu-ou (very big face) : EH? (funny look) s... shura-tou? WHAT! HOW COULD
HE FORGET SUCH AN IMPORTANT THING! YASHA-OU---- (the demon retreats into
the other side of the barrier) is really too careless!
ashura : we have no time for this! (the city fading) the city is
disappearing!
kujaku : ashura, don't worry!
ashura : if we don't hurry, yasha will......
kujaku : didn't you see how those soldiers turned out?
ashura : I don't care what will happen! as long as we save yasha!
kujaku : it should be impossible, but... I know you are determined, [hmph]
then I'll be nice and teach you a way!
ryu-ou : forget about vaayu's men for a minute, what are you going to do
about this kekkai?
kujaku : no problem!
ashura : really? is it true!?
kujaku : yeah! because souma brought shura-tou! shura-tou and yama-tou are
connected, using their synchronization, we should be able to find yama-tou,
and therefore its master! ryu-ou! souma! hold off the mazoku and the
soldiers for a while!
ryu-ou : sure! but what do you plan to do?
kujaku : shura-tou's inheritance ceremony. if things continue like this,
that guy yasha is gonna lose this thing one of these days. if the sword
does not return to the sheath, it won't do much even if the seal is broken!
ashura : sheath? there is no sheath!
kujaku (point to ashura as everyone listens intensely) : ashura-ou's body
is the sheath for shura-tou!
ashura : you want to put shura-tou in my body? right now?
kujaku : that's right! it sticks on just like glue! don't worry, shura-tou
won't hurt you! sit down!

(ashura sits down, kujaku stabs the sword into the ground between them and
begins chanting. a ball of light forms in his hands and the air around them
changes.)

kujaku : open! the doors of heaven! release my powers in the three realms!
lords of all generations! answer my wish with your powers, and unseal the

(shura-tou glows fiercely and turns into many streaks of light that flows
around ashura)

ashura : Ahhhh

(the flame and light circles him and a big disturbance in energy around.
ashura opens his eyes slightly and he creates a big blast that destroys
everything in range.)

ryu-ou : what!? what happened?

(everyone stops fighting, and looks at ashura in shock. his body is glowing
from the energy, and there's a big blast, then everything calms. shura-tou
disappeared into his body already. a big portion of the land is missing.)

ryu-ou (run over) : ashura! ashura!! (ashura is unconscious) ashura!
kujaku...... you, what did you do to ashura!?
kujaku : didn't I tell you? shura-tou's succession ceremony!
ashura (getting up) : ~hehehehe.... hahahah AHAHAHAHAH~
ryu-ou (surprise) : ashura?
ashura : ~let go of me! (evil smirk) ryu-ou!~ (practically blows ryu-ou
away)
ryu-ou : ashura! (jump away) why did you......
ashura : ~this should be our first meeting! ryu-ou.~
ryu-ou : you call me... ryu-ou... you... are you feeling alright!? kujaku!
what--- what did you do to ashura!?
kujaku (the only one who's calm and not surprised) : that is the real
ashura! ryu-ou.
ashura (glares at kujaku coldly) : ~only the stargazers of each generation
can host the succession ceremony. who are you?~
kujaku (faintly smile) : yeah... who am I really......
ashura : ~why are you related to ashura?~
kujaku : I'm just such a nice guy! when I see people in pain, I just want
to make their life more painful!

(yeah, who cares, right?) attack them while they are not paying attention!
soldiers : yes sir!

(the soldiers try to rush them... do I sound like starcraft? anyway... and
ashura creates a LITTLE energy ball... before ryu-ou and souma gets into
the fight.)

soldiers : AHHHHH

(guess what, the little ball turns into a big BIG one...)

ashura : ~you want to be turned to dust? just come and try to kill me!~
(blast)
soldiers : AHHH
vaayu : [!]
ryu-ou : ah!

(basically, everyone stares in horror as ashura toast everyone.)

ashura : ~how does it feel to be barbequed? even if your flesh died, your
conscious is still here, is it painful?~
soldiers : vaayu...... uh...... (yes, painful) v... vaayu... sa... ma
(dies)
vaayu (sadness?) : ...... oh (run to attack ashura) how dare you kill my
beautiful men---!
ashura : ~such a low existence like you.~ (a blade begins to appear from
the palm of his hand)
vaayu (attack) : HA---
ashura (shura-ou appears in his hand) : ~it should be your honor to die by
the shura-tou!~ (slash)

(souma covers her mouth in horror, while ryu-ou still can't believe it.)

ryu-ou : that really is ashura?
kujaku : that is the real ashura!
ashura (a headache or something. suddenly drop his sword) : ! ~uh...~
(falls)
ryu-ou : ashura! (run to ashura)
ashura (still holding his head, gets up) : yasha... we must go save
yasha...
ryu-ou (a little sweating) : you're finally back to normal! ashura!
ashura : what are you talking about! ryu-chan! we have to save yasha!!
kujaku : the succession ceremony is over, now it's alright to enter the
kekkai, shura-tou can break it. if you don't go now, the city will
disappear! (the three run ahead)
ashura (wave back) : thanks! kujaku!
kujaku (after they left, thinking to himself) : even without the yama-tou,
ashura was able to return, if the black ashura did not consent to this,
it's impossible... [but, why did it happen?] to save yasha-ou......?
(smile) so papa yasha is loved too!

(in the ice fortress, the three is walking around, the demon watching them
through a crystal ball)

demon : damn it... those bastards... they entered my fortress! (summon the
monster) go!

(so as the three are walking around, they get attacked. the monster blocks
their way.)

ryu-ou : mazoku......!
souma : we'll take care of this!
ryu-ou : go find yasha-ou!

(so they fight the monster and ashura runs off alone. as ashura runs, he
pulls out his shura-tou.)

ashura : [yasha......]

(the shura-tou somehow is calling yasha, who feels it too...)

yasha-ou (though he's frozen) : ...a......... shu...... ra, ashura
(slightly conscious, trying to break out of the ice)
demon : you can still talk when you're like this, not bad for yasha-ou!
(and ashura storms in)
ashura : yasha! (slam open doors) give yasha back to me!
demon : no! he's very strong! stronger than anyone! if I eat him, I can
continue to live! longer than anyone! (displays her ugly claws and big
spider/snake like legs or whatever they are... her body...) I am the mazoku
of the ice fortress! during the holy wars three hundred years ago, a
princess of the gods ran to the north to escape the war. I ate that
princess and received my beauty. she seemed to be chased by taishakuten,
and came here with only a few servants! the princess...... was really very
delicious! her heart was full of sadness and fear! (flashback of a little
girl getting eaten, ashura's eyes open wide in horror) so delicious! (a
very scary/ugly look on her face) really, (her octopus legs grab ashura)
very delicous! the name of the princess was... aizenmyou-ou!

(ashura tries to energy blast the demon but she blocks easily with a
shield.)

demon : eating aizenmyou-ou gave me beauty. if I eat tenkai's strongest,
yasha-ou, after awhile, I can have eternal life!

(her claws grab ashura, who is helplessly trapped)

ashura : ya...... yasha......! Yasha---

(yasha's yamatou glows with the disturbance to shura-tou and...)

ashura : [yasha!!]

(yasha breaks out of the ice and chops up the demon.)

ashura : ......!? yasha......!
demon: Ahhh--
yasha-ou : ashura.
ashura : are you alright? yasha.
yasha-ou : I'm fine! sorry to make you worried.
demon (spikes come out on her back) : you......!! (reveals her true form,
and yasha notes that face)
yasha-ou : that face...... it's aizenmyou-ou! she should have escaped from
tori-ten and hid somewhere during the holy war... I didn't think she would
be dead! just like those disappearances, eaten by a demon! (a flashback
image of the little girl aizen and little kendappa during the old days) did
you... eat that little girl? you ate her?
demon (attack) : yep! and it was very tasty!
yasha-ou : you......! (attack) yama...... TenRouKen! (big blast)
demon : ahhhh

(may of her octopus legs got chopped off.)

demon : uh... (run away)
yasha-ou (run after her) : wait!
kujaku (appear from an entrance above) : don't go after her!
yasha-ou : kujaku......
kujaku : go now! this fortress is about to cross over to the alternate
dimension!
yasha-ou : but... the mazoku escaped!
kujaku (jump down) : leave it to me. I'll handle it!
yasha-ou : why are you doing this? (kujaku pats ashura)
ashura : ?
kujaku : the seal of ashura that shouldn't have been broken was unsealed
with thoughts of yasha-ou! this is a reward to the little ashura-ou!

(the place is collapsing, yasha and ashura comes out, sees ryu-ou and souma
still fighting the demon.)

yasha-ou : ryu-ou! retreat!
ryu-ou : you just come out of no where and tell me to retreat~~~! you
should consider our situation a little!! let's go! souma!
souma : ok! (the ceiling falling off behind them.)
ashura (as he is leaving) : kujaku......

(meanwhile, somewhere else in the fortress, the mazoku that has escaped is
leaving a bloody trail behind her.)

demon (breathing heavily) : fuu fuu fuu fuu

(she suddenly sensed someone as kujaku appears behind her. she turns around
alarmed)

demon : who... are you!? [a normal human...?] don't come near me! whether
you are a human or a god, once this city returns to the alternate
dimension, you are finished! (kujaku not really paying much attention to
her words) [now's my chance!] (attack) !!

(some how, kujaku electrocute her in midair before she could even get close
to him, without even moving a finger... and she falls down the stairs.
kujaku walks up to her)

demon : wh......

(and kujaku looking down on her, suddenly had wings growing out of his
back. big black wings.)

demon : what... you... you are! (shock) wings.....!? (kujaku just smiles at
her) t... then are you a mazoku? a mazoku just like me? (sounds hopeful)
kujaku (chuckles) : you seem to be very proud of your pretty face! (the
same energy is channeling through his hands)
demon : a... ah no...... no! NOO! (she is completely melting... face first)
face...... face...... my...... face---!!
kujaku (a little sadistic smile?) : that's not your face, is it?
demon : I don't want to die! no...... I don't want to die.....
kujaku (definitely sadistic) : I can't hear you!
demon : let me go! plea...se... I could have... kept this beautiful face...
and lived the age of a god...... (more melting... completely disintegrated)
AHHHH!
kujaku (laughing) : hah--- hahahah (this must show the cruel side of him...
and then he just turns around and leaves the pathetically dead demon, with
his face in shadows, a frightening look in his eyes) pathetic fool!

(all the others got out.)

ryu-ou : yasha-ou, I'm glad you're alright!
yasha-ou : sorry, to make everyone worried! (hug ashura) ashura... sorry,
to leave you alone.
ashura : you're back now, it's alright! I know yasha is very strong, no
matter what happens, you'll be alright!
yasha-ou (smile at him) : you were worried!
ashura : I wasn't worried! but, please don't leave again!
ryu-ou : hmph! that's what you say! should've seen him just a moment ago!
ashura : oh yeah!
ryu-ou (suddenly) : hey! that's not good! the city is collapsing!
ashura (worried) : kujaku is still in there! (the city blows up) KUJAKU!
(city disappears) kujaku!
kujaku (just as ashura is crying, appears from behind) : hi--- yasha-ou,

ashura : kujaku!
kujaku : I'll just take three dinners this time!
ashura (run up to him) : you're alright!? I'm so happy---!
kujaku : were you scared?
ashura : yeah! I was thinking that kujaku is still in there, what should we

ryu-ou (sudden realization) : [AH!?] (light bulb lights up) hey--- ain't I
the one who always cooks?
kujaku : oh yeah! then, yasha-ou, do something else...
ryu-ou : what?
kujaku (cute devilish horns and tails and wins) : let me think...... how
about let him sing or dance something.

souma : tentei's army will be here again......
ryu-ou : I want to see you dance too!
kujaku : don't worry, you won't miss it!
souma : uh...... tentei's army......

(meanwhile in nights of tori-ten...)

hanranya : the barrier that blocked the water mirror has disappeared! do
you wish to see the northern borders......
taishaku-ten : hn! (she calls up the visual) then, shitennou (though
there's only 3) come and look too!
koumokuten (surprise) : huh...... t... this! (the mirror displays the burnt
out result of what was the army)
zouchouten (smile) : how pathetic! vaayu's whole legion died!
koumokuten : eh...
bishamonten : now not only varuna, even vaayu won't be back...... even the
west goten are no match for tenkai's strongest warrior -- yasha-ou!
taishaku-ten (shitennou looks up surprised) : hahahah...... let's see how
long you can play with me? six stars!

text : three hundred years ago, capital tori-ten, zenmijou's courtyard.

(sunny bright day, even the flowers are laughing with happy faces on them)

kendappa-ou (little girl) : aizen! aizen!
aizenmyou-ou (little girl, head pop out from the flowers) : what? (I have a
feeling it's hide and seek)
kendappa-ou : I have a peach bum, let's set!
aizenmyou-ou : I'm coming! (little yasha-ou watches, just as aizen is
getting the food, she gets slapped on the forehead by kendappa)
kendappa-ou : I got you! I got you! aizen! ha!!
yasha-ou (sweatdrop) : ...... (thinking) : [aizenmyou-ou is so dumb---]
aizenmyou-ou : oh!
kendappa-ou (again) : aizen! aizen!
aizenmyou-ou (head pop up) : what?
arrow (point to yasha and his sweatdrops) : watching from far away.
kendappa-ou (hold up bag of cookies) : I have delicious cookies!
aizenmyou-ou (run up) : great!! (gets slapped) ah?
kendappa-ou : aizen, you're so stupid! you fell for that again within three
minutes!
aizenmyou-ou (scatch head, laugh) : yeah--- (yasha sweatdrops, just
watching)
kendappa-ou : aizenmyou-ou is so dumb! so dumb! hahahahah! (and they see
yasha) hey! yama-- yama--- (note that yama is yasha's childhood name)
there's a bug here, kill it! (yasha points to himself, as if, who, me?)
come one! come on! [come, come]
yasha-ou (walk over) : hn!? (gets tripped and falls head over, little
karura-ou and her little birdy is watching on the side)
karura-ou : yama is such a dumb animal!
yasha-ou (yasha has band aid on his head and sweatdrops) : ouch!
aizenmyou-ou (point and laugh) : hahah! dumb animal! dumb animal!

(so when nightfall, yasha has returned to his village.)

elder : master, was zenmijou fun?
yasha-ou (putting on poke dot PJ) : hn~~~ hn! (remembers)
arrow : thinking about what happened today.

(he gets into bed, and all these big words on the background still haunts
him, dumb animal, dumb animal, dumb animal)

text : why is the dumb aizen even laughing at him for?
yasha-ou : [a little not happy---! not happy! not happy! not happy!] (in
his dreams, of course... more veins pop up as he sleeps)
arrow : but of course he forgot immediately.
text : but in face of such injustice, he's still only "a little not happy,"
yama really is dumb!
