The funniest installment in weeks!
(Slowly getting around to doing some sort of synopsis. The usual
disclaimers apply)

Shampoo makes a return. Back at the Nekohanten restaurant,
Shampoo's grandmother produces a special mushroom. Mixed into food,
and eaten, the person who eats the mushroom does whatever he is
told, by someone who claps their hand, or whatever. Shampoo's
grandma fixes the guy who delivered some supplies, a mushroom dish,
and makes him go to sleep, wakes him, then puts him under, by
clapping her hands.

Shampoo's figures that she can feed Ranma some mushrooms, and have
him fall for her. By snapping her fingers, she would have Ranma hug
her.

Back at the high school, Kunoh and Ranma face off. But Kunoh has a
cold. As Kunoh yells at Ranma, and Ranma responds by putting his
foot on Kunoh's face, Shampoo literally drops in by landing on
Kunoh with her bike.

Shampoo presents Ranma with a steamed bun. As Ranma munches on it,
Shampoo sees her chance! "Hug me!" she says, as she snaps her
fingers. But at that instant, Kunoh knocks over Shampoo, and
sneezes.

Ranma, needless to say, hugs (rather, cuddles up) to Kunoh. The
other students wonder what is going on, and Ranma and Kunoh give
each other nervous looks. Ranma punts Kunoh. Shampoo says, "Hug
me", and snaps her fingers, but Ranma just looks at her.

Ranma comes at Ranma with his bokken. Ranma turns to face Kunoh,
but Kunoh sneezes again. Again Ranma cuddles up to Kunoh. The
other students look and talk in amazement, while Ranma tries to
tell them their mistaken, as he puts a fist in Kunoh's face.

Shampoo figures it must be the sneezing that triggers the hug. So
as she gets some pepper (or something) to make her sneeze, the wind
blows and the powder makes the other guys sneeze...

With the obvious result. Shampoo gets bugged that she doesn't get
hugged and storms off on her bicycle, while one guy is wondering
why Ranma is hugging all the guys. Ranma just says, "You got it all
wrong!!"

Ranma is trying to figure out what is going on, when he hears
someone sneeze. "YAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" as Ranma and Kunoh look at
each other while Ranma has his arms around Kunoh. Ranma punts Kunoh
once more.

Back at the Tendo home, we see someone sneeze. It is Akane. Her
sisters are going out, and it seems that Akane is concerned about
being alone, so Kasumi hands Akane the ubiquitous wooden mallet.
Akane sits with her kotatsu, watching a TV drama about some guy
coming up behind a girl and attacking her. At that point...

Akane: ah ah ah...
Akane: CHOO!
(Guess what happens next)

Ranma goes through the roof, as Akane screams. (Ranma's word
balloon is in English: OUCH!) Akane remembers the scene on TV and
wonders if Ranma wants to attack her. She sneezes again, and Ranma
tries to explain, but Akane puts him through the roof again, 
(Ranma: OUCH!) and in another part of town, we see Ranma hugging
some guy, wearing one of those Japanese cold masks. Ranma is
yelling, and the guy says to his girlfriend, "Chi, chigaunda
Yagiko-san." Yagiko just looks in horror, "Iyaahhhh!"

This weeks episode ends with Akane in her room, armed to the teeth,
waiting for Ranma to come back.

I just got my Shonen Sunday today, and haven't translated it fully,
so there are probably a few small errors.

I can't wait for next week's Shonen Sunday.
